Get a good rapid speed going strait towards the ramp. Stand strait up and don't lean over too much to the side or the board will flip over when u pop shove it. Ok stay strait then pop board and jump off the launch. Bend down but don't lean back and grab tail. let go then land and roll away. Good Luck!
