Learn your Shove Its, get 'em down so you catch them early too. Pop a Shove It and let it spin. When it gets to about 100 degrees kick it down with your front foot HARD, aim for where the board comes up by the nose, that's where it tends to flip easiest for me. Let it flip, it should finish the next 80 degrees on the momentum coming around from the Shove It.
Catch it and roll away.
