Shape/Concave
So when I first got this deck since it was my first deck the concave felt very deep. When I got more adjusted to the shape(or skating itself) the concavity was actually pretty mellow a little bit on the flatter side, but it's not really flat. The kicks, I would say they are medium. The dip right before tail/nose is pretty defined which would be good for your fliptricks. I noticed when I first got the board that the nose is noticeably bigger than the tail didn't really bother me at all though. 7/10

In this newest vid, we take a close look at Supra Skytops as well as some Terry Kennedy Society Satin Tuf models. After that, a hopefully coherent explanation of vulcanization, and how vulc and cupsole shoes differ. After that, breaking 'em in on portable flatbars.

Effective January 8, 2011 Scoff Skateboarding will close its doors to the retail world. This is the second time the business has done this (first time in July 2007) since it started in September 2004. Done to preserve the company’s life and rebuild itself to come back at a later date. Scoff will no longer be making an effort to solicit to skate shops or productions of Skatelaces and apparel for retail sales alone.

Before you start reading, I just want you to know that I have no idea what this article is meant to be, it just is. As a child I had always been interested in skateboarding, from my earliest memories pushing boards as I was learning to walk, to being about the age of 12 when the monumental Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 came out. I was part of new wave of kids who got into skating in a big way, a wave the sport is still well and truly riding today. Suddenly my interest in skateboarding was no longer carving down hills and scraping knees to bits at the bottom, skating was all about doing switch 720 judo airs into a 2 meter long darkslide off a miniscule kicker... The possibilities (if the game was to be believed) it seemed were endless.
The only skatepark on my island home of Guernsey was made during an entire different era of skating, and has closed when my age was still in single figures, so after essentially forfeiting a Christmas and birthday, and having begged for the months leading up to the following birthday I convinced my parents a miniramp was in order.

The Failures In Skateboarding
Success is boring. In contrast, first-time failure is expected; it's the natural order of things. If you land a trick first try, it's either a fluke, or it just showed you already knew how to do that trick. If we landed everything first go there wouldn't be that satisfaction when rolling away from a trick we have tried 50 times. Simply because you wouldn't have learned anything from your first-time success.

Spot Hunting
I'm sure we've all had those days where we go out in search for new things to skate, but in the end have no luck. Either you're tired of the spots you always skate, or just located in a dull surrounding. Times like these call for creativity! Looking at things in a different perspective! Being open minded to what may seem boring can always spark up a great skate session. Here's some useful tips for the next time you go spot hunting. Let's get started!
