Knowing that ancient civilizations used Gods to explain the unexplainable doesn't help either-it's seems almost a scapegoat to lessen the fact that they probably weren't happy they DIDN'T know everything (like the Greeks, who were pretty big on philosophy and knowledge). I started reading Anton Szandor LaVey's Satanic Bible, and it introduces some really good points. Definitely a good read (considered you don't mind being marked as a Satan worshipper... but the book has nothing yet about practicing Satanism in the usual manner through like goat sacrificing and shit).

I don't see anything really wrong with this, except for the fact that the return was to the head. I'm sure the fact that she's a woman had something to do with the controversy over it, but the dumb bitch deserved it. It's just like with any race as well.
