I was racing my friend and I was in the one closest to the actual building and I hit a crack and my face just smacked right into a hump. Shit sucked I had the biggest cut on my face and a black eye. School sucked the next day, hahah.

alright i got it all installed, sounds pretty good considering the fact that i have no idea what the knobs on the amp (bass boost, sensitivity, frequency) mean or what the best method to set them is haha...i think bass boost=gain? idk

haha thanks. i just really wanna get it done right, i cant drive my car with it being stick and me having 1 usable arm for at least a week, so theres no rush at all to get it done so we can take our time and get it done right.

alright great thanks. good to know about the extra sub too. i did a little googling and it says 1/2 pound for every cubic foot of space you're filling. i'm trying to get some people to ome over today and help me install this i'll let you know how it goes haha

oooh yeah! one more thing i wanted to ask...the guy who sold it to me recommended i put polyfill in it since the box is a tad smaller than recommended by the factory, is that a good idea? if so how much do i use do i just like stuff it until no more fits or what? thanks

alright..theres also like a remote power knob that came with it, i dont think i'm going to install it unless it's like completely necessary, is it? its just like a chord and then its got like a little knob that you could mount closer to the driver that just turns to min or max...i dont need that really do i?

its a single 4 ohm, and in the manual it says to give it no more than around 250 watts...does that mean i'll just like turn down the power on my amp since it delivers 340 @ 4 ohms? i'm an idiot about this stuff i'm sure i sound completely ridiculous right now haha. i appreciate you putting up with me.

i ended up going the cheapest route with a 12 inch wx and a j2 500 x 1 amp. really hoping i dont regret it...amp is 500 x 1 rms @ 2 ohms or 340 x 1 rms @ 4 ohms
