Emerica Felts

I had originally bought these shoes because of the reasonable price, how comfortable they where, and I think they look pretty cool.

Durability

          Compared to most shoes, these are about average but pretty close to not being so great.  The toe cap isn’t that strong and will rip pretty fast.  The laces aren’t too strong either; I actually have gone through entire set of laces in one day.  The grip is also pretty good and it does last for a wile.  If you get these and plan to skate in them a lot, you are probably going to need some shoe goo.

Comfort

These shoes are equipped with a STI level 2 footbed and an integrated heel counter (for stability).  They also have a lot of padding on the tongue but not much in other places.  The Felts also pretty stiff, they feel like they haven’t been broken in all of the way when they have.  The board feel isn’t the greatest on these shoes.

Overall

Overall these are pretty good shoes but definitely not the best.  I would suggest these to other people and I do not regret purchasing them.
