If you know how to Ollie onto your target and your manuals are awesome then this is no problem. Ride up and Ollie onto your target and try to land on a manual (its easier then you think) try not to jump a lot higher then your target or else it is hard to land on a manual. Then bend your knees manual as long as you want and manual off your target.
