Es PJ Ladd’s

What attracted me to these shoes were the price and the fact they where really comfortable. I bought mine in the brown/tan/white colors. The toe cap is made out of suede, and then a two small layers of leather. NOTE: the materials might change depending on the colors of the shoes.
The laces on the PJ Ladd’s lasted longer then it looks like they would. They lasted longer then most shoes. These shoes do not have lace protectors but they don’t really need them.
The durability on them is not the greatest. The toecap was the first thing to rip. After the toe cap, the laces started to rip but they lasted a wile. These are not the best shoes for someone who skates a lot everyday.
The bottoms of these shoes lasted a long time. The board feel is great, better then most shoes. The bottoms never even started to fall off or start to ware like it might soon. The grip lasted longer then most shoes also, the grip didn’t grip enough for my taste, but you might like it. If you are going to skate big sets, you might not like the padding on the heel, it is ok but could use more.
The padding on these shoes are pretty good, I would rate them 8 out of 10. The tongue could have had more padding but it was all right. The padding on the sides was really good though.
Overall I would not recommend buying these shoes if you are going to skateboard in them a lot but if you are looking for a very comfortable shoe to just walk around in, these are really good for that. I would not say these are one of the best Es shoes, but they are just Ok.
