The setup for this trick is pretty much the kickflip position with possibly a little more toe slant outward. This is difficult to do without touching the ground with your back foot, but looks much better without the back foot touch. This trick just comes with practice. To do this, once in position, you have to flip the board like a kickflip but not as hard and kick your front foot under and your back foot on the tail. Once in casper position, to dismount you can either flip the front foot like an underflip or casper flip it varial or 360 flip style out.
Good Luck!
