Slapdown and muscles

Hey!

First post in ages! First off, the whole new content management system might be released sooner. I'm thinking of not converting all the content before release, and just linking to old pages, then working converting stuff till its done. This way we will have fully functional stories, poll.. thats more then we have now.

Slapdown has now come back to the forum staff as an Administrator, hes going to be making changes, adding moderators and changing around the forum arrangements (deleting, combining) forums…

One last thing, I've always wanted to talk to some sports trainer and find out what muscles should be trained if you skateboard. You know, whats going to give you more pop (higher ollies?), all that kinda stuff.
